Our Dumbbell only program is thoughtfully designed to safely progress you through effective & quality movements as you get stronger, build muscle & increase your cardio function, while having FUN along the way!
You will train LIVE with Coach Apoorv everyday from Monday to Friday & have access to class recordings for a week after.
The workouts can be done in a small space almost anywhere and only require a pair of dumbbells!
Time:
Monday - Friday | 7 PM IST
Requirement:
A pair of dumbells (4kgs & above)
Where:
On Zoom with access after each workout for 7 days
Duration:
4 Weeks. Classes are between 45 - 60minutes
